Nestled in the heart of Fort Walton Beach, Asiago’s Skillet is a breakfast haven that truly elevates the most important meal of the day. Specializing in hearty American breakfast classics infused with a coastal twist, this charming spot delivers a memorable dining experience with every visit. The menu is a generous celebration of breakfast favorites and seafood delights, featuring standout items like the Seafood Omelet bursting with fresh, local catches, the savory Southwestern Skillet, and the irresistible comfort of their Honey Butter Biscuit – large, fluffy, and perfectly complemented by a pat of creamy, sweet butter. For those wanting a more classic experience, dishes like the Chicken Fried Steak, Biscuits & Gravy, or the King of the Biscuits provide that nostalgic, hearty start to the day. Don’t miss their renowned “shipwrecked” style home fries, which customers rave about for their perfect balance of crispy edges and tender interiors.

The passion behind their dishes shines through in every forkful and is matched only by the friendly team ready to welcome you with a smile and, of course, a glass of their famously bold Asiago’s Banging Bloody Mary. This place is great. Only open for breakfast till noon. I had the seafood omelet, and it was huge. I only found this because Beachview had no parking, and I wanted breakfast at 11:45AM. The staff was great even though I rolled in 15 minutes prior to closing. Super friendly server, and the food came out in 3 minutes. I'll be back and you should go eat there. I came back the next day as well. The potatoes are cooked in a shared fryer with breading for all you gluten-free folks. Avoid and get fruit instead.

We loved visiting Asiago’s Skillet for breakfast! We visited twice on our vacation and were seated quickly both times. We had the Crab Cake Benny (one with "Shipwreck my Potatoes" - it was delicious!), Banana Foster French Toast, Kids Menu- Mini Pancakes, Side of Bacon, Side Fruit Bowl- and we really enjoyed them all! We look forward to visiting again next time we are in the area!

I came her last summer 2024 for the first time for breakfast and I haven’t stopped coming every time I come back to Okaloosa since then! I eat their breakfast nearly every morning I’m there! Their food is phenomenal! Shipwrecked potatoes, seafood omelet, and the delicious huge homemade biscuits with the honey butter are all my favorites! But more than the food I love the friendly folks who own this place and work here!! We felt like we were locals coming by for our usual breakfast order!!!

This became our breakfast place of choice on our honeymoon! The service was phenomenal (ask for Casi - she’s the best) and the food was spectacular! The biscuits are huge and fluffy. Get your fried potatoes “shipwrecked”! You won’t be disappointed. The crab cake benedict on their homemade potato cakes was the perfect choice if you like seafood! Definitely a must try!

I saw that this place had good reviews online, so my family and I decided to go there. There was a line at the door and it was very busy inside. Luckily we were able to get a seat and our lovely hostess guided us there. Our waiter was amazing. He made us laugh and was patient with us. Our waiter treated us like we were family. I decided to get the Steak Skillet. The Steak Skillet had of course steak with potatoes, peppers, and scrambled eggs. The Steak just pairs well with everything. I also had a little bit of my dad's blueberry pancakes. The pancakes were so fluffy and delicious.
